Delivery and Shipping Policy
On confirmed and successful full payment (with Invoice Number Particulars) as per the proforma invoice, The Company will start activation of the respective Selected Service as per the order.
The Company shall undertake to release the Activation Code to the Customer via the registered mail opted by the user within Three [3] working days, unless it is required otherwise. Please allow the minimum time required for processing as specified for the test. The user need to check the SPAM Folders and make our mails are from Trusted Source.
Delivery of passcodes or activation of specific order shall be made in the course of the day, and the Customer agrees to abstain from requesting for deliveries at very early or late hours of the day. All attempts will be made to deliver on the preferred date of delivery but the Company will not be held liable if the delivery does not take place on the prescribed day. If the customer has made partial payment against the desired services to be availed, in such circumstances, the company may not be able to release the access codes or activation of the account due to administrative/technical reasons.
