Refund Policy – IQturf
Please take the time to thoroughly read the policy, terms, and process as they contain critical information and instructions regarding your responsibilities and rights as a subscriber to our website. We try our best to live up to your expectations with our website.
However, if for any reason or because of unavoidable circumstances you wish to cancel your subscription and request a refund, we will cancel your subscription and process your refund within seven working days of receiving your request in the case of one-time payment plans, provided the request for refund was made within the first 30 days following the date the subscription package was paid (effective as of July 1st 2023).
Recurring plans won't be eligible for refunds. When your paid subscription time ends, you won't be charged if you decide to cancel, though. Similarly in case of one time Data Plans and Survey Plans, no refund will be allowed once access to relevant product is shared.
You are eligible for a refund of the following amounts and in the following ways for One-Time Payment Plans:
Terms of Cancellation and Refund:
• To be eligible for a refund, our product must be unused. In case Our Products ApplyPi or MarketSize.world or other has been used by logging in and downloading data or uploading data or using surveys, we reserve the right to process the refund after investigating the situation with our customer.
• A pro-rata refund of the subscription amount paid (net of GST on the full amount) will be provided to all users who subscribe after July 1st, 2023, but only for the first 30 days after the date of payment of the subscription package. Thereafter, no refunds will be given. This is true for subscription extensions as well. The cancellation request will only be accepted if it is submitted using the feedback portal at https://www.iqturf.com/contact.html using the subscribing member's registered email address
• Based on the remaining membership period, a subscriber's eligibility for a refund will be calculated. The entire GST component that is included in the subscription amount received must first be subtracted before the refund amount can be determined. The refund amount will then be determined based on the net subscription amount (net of GST) and will be proportionate to the remaining days of the subscription period divided by the entire subscription period. According to section 12 to 14 of the GST Act, the period of service provision is the earliest of the invoice's issue or the subscriber's receipt of payment; as a result, GST is fully due on advances at the time the subscriber makes payment.
To illustrate if the subscription amount paid by the subscriber is Rs. 10,000/- for one year and the subscriber seeks a refund after 85 days, the refund will be determined as under:
Gross Subscription Amount = Rs. 10,000/-
GST on the same (18% rate at the time of subscription) = Rs. 1,525/-
10,000 * 18/118):
Net Subscription Amount (net of GST) = Rs. 8,475/-
Total Subscription Period = 365 days
Unexpired Subscription Period = 365 – 85 = 280 days
[Refund = (Net Subscription Amount * Unexpired Subscription Period /Total Subscription Period)]
• The same payment channel used to accept the subscription payment will be used to process and credit the refund. If the subscription was paid directly by cheque or bank transfer, the reimbursement would be granted in the form of a par-value cheque drawn on any regularly scheduled Indian bank, exclusively issued in the name of the subscriber. The cheque would be delivered by courier to the address the subscriber specified in the cancellation request. In these situations, the email requesting cancellation should explicitly include the subscriber's name, address, phone number, and bank information.
Any subscriber who lives outside of India and whose payment was not processed through a payment channel will not be eligible for a refund.
Please get in touch with us by submitting a question using the feedback portal at https://www.iqturf.com/contact.html if your refund has not arrived within 7 working days of the cancellation request being made.
